Hourly Spa Service & Diagnostics
Address customer concerns and perform an overall assessment of the spa/hot tub and its enclosed components. General assessment of the incoming power to ensure installation is in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements. Circulation pump, heater, jet pump(s), topside valves, topside digital controls, jet function, and overall spa function are tested and assessed. The main spa control system and circuit board, housed inside the spa cabinet, are examined. Diagnostic work and associated repairs on spas are charged at our hourly rate. Carpenter Pools & Spas will work closely with you to understand the specifics of your spas installation prior to arrival. Customer responsibility to arrange for the spa to be filled prior to service if applicable.
Spa Drain & Clean
A deep cleanse for your spa’s plumbing components, jet pumps, and surfaces. Spa must be filled prior to the arrival of Carpenter Pools & Spas. A cleansing chemical is circulated prior to the spa being drained. Once the spa is drained, each and every jet line is blown with compressed air to rid the lines and manifolds of any dirt/debris. The acrylic portion of the spa is cleaned and buffed. The spa cabinet is checked and cleaned of any debris. Personalized quote developed for spas larger than 96” by 96” or 500 gallons.
Spa Cover Replacement
On-site measurement, including corners with radius, and consultation for your new spa cover. Installation of the new spa cover and its buckle clips. Removal and disposal of existing spa cover. If there is an existing spa lifter that is connected to the cover, additional charges may apply. On-site measurement, new cover installation and/or old cover removal charged at our hourly rate if needing just a part of our service or if you are not purchasing your cover from Carpenter Pools & Spas. Above service price does not include spa cover. Personalized quote developed for spas larger than 96” by 96”.
Spa Maintenance
Maintenance visits include testing spa water chemistry, adjusting chemicals (alkalinity, pH, calcium harness)(chemicals not included and charged accordingly), remove any floating or settled debris, clean the cartridge filter, scrub the waterline and entry areas, check for leaks, make sure valves are in optimized operating position. Maintenance visits can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Spa Winterization / Summerization
The above listed drain and clean service plus the added layer of protection to critical spa components.
* For Winterization – Carpenter Pools & Spas will add antifreeze to all lines accessible to prevent freeze damage.
* For Summerization – Carpenter Pools & Sas will add a double dose of sanitizing shock prior to the draining of the spa to inhibit bacterial growth in the plumbing lines during the hotter summer months. Personalized quote developed for spas larger than 96” by 96” or 500 gallons.
